VP Finance
Paige Chahley
Hi my name is Paige Chahley! I am currently in my fourth year of Electrical Engineering. I have been involved in Dalhousie Engineering societies, particularly in finance roles, throughout my years at Dal, and I am running for VP Finance.
VP Internal
Eunika Chavez
Hi, I'm Eunika! When I was younger, I always dreamt of being a DUES VP Internal in the FALL 2026 and Winter 2027. While other kids were playing at the park, I was dreaming of leading them to the greater days. Which is why in my first year, I decided to be a Yearbook Committee Editor, 1st Year DalWIE Representative and Student Affair Committee Representative. This led me to where I am right now! I am currently the DUES VP Diploma, DES VP Internal, 2nd Year Civil Representative, and still a Yearbook Committee Editor. Now, I am one step away for the roles I wanted since I was a kid and that is where you would come in. I need you to help me make my dreams come true, so vote for me PLEASE and THANK YOU!☹️

- Gearheads Volunteer Coordinator
- DUES Merchandise Coordinator
- Attended 7 ACES/CFES Conferences
VP Outreach
Yannick Yonkeu Keutcheu
I am running for Vice President Outreach to strengthen Dalhousie Engineering’s professional engagement both within Atlantic Canada and across the country. Our Atlantic partnerships are foundational and valuable. If elected, I will work to deepen those relationships through structured collaboration and consistent communication. At the same time, I believe our outreach strategy should reflect the national competitiveness of our students. I will introduce a National Outreach Initiative targeting major Canadian engineering firms with Atlantic operations or national hiring programs. Through a new “Engineering Across Canada” series, students will gain access to virtual info sessions, alumni panels, and insights into engineering markets beyond our region. My focus will be on sustainable growth. That means building organized outreach systems, strengthening transition processes, and ensuring that professional relationships extend beyond a single executive term. Strong local roots. National reach. Meaningful opportunity.
VP Academic (Winter)
Jennica Dowell
Hi, I’m Jennica and I’m currently serving as the DES VP Academic. In this role I work with students and faculty to communicate feedback on academic matters and help address course-related concerns. I’m running for DUES VP Academic for Winter 2027 to continue improving communication between students and professors and to help support the academic success of engineering students!
VP Communications (Fall)
Alex Baggio
Hi, I’m Alex, a third-year Electrical Engineering student running for DUES VP Communications for the Fall 2026 term. My goal is to make sure students know what’s happening for all things Dal Eng, and feel connected to the events and opportunities available on campus. Good communication keeps a student society engaging, and I want to make sure important updates and events reach students clearly and consistently. I already work on the ACES website and social media, so I have experience managing and maintaining student communication platforms.
If elected, I will focus on:
- Improving visibility of all DUES events through social media and campus advertising
- Ensuring announcements and opportunities are shared in a clear and timely manner
- Making DUES communication more organized and accessible for students
My goal is simple: make it easier for engineering students to stay informed and involved.
VP Early Engagement
Brendan Morris
My name is Brendan and I’m running for VPEE on DUES this upcoming school year! I want to help foster a stronger engineering culture here at Dal and know that the best place to start is with the first and second years. If I get elected send me all ideas for events to host!
DSU Senate Representative
Ada Tuttle
I'm a 4th year Civil student, and I've been on DUES in previous years as VP Diploma, VP Internal, and VP Communications. I'm happy to talk your ear off about all things DUES and DalEng, so I welcome your questions and concerns! The DSU is a somewhat anonymous power to most students, but my experience working under the VP Social Life gives me a head start on navigating its internal politics. Nonetheless, I have a healthy disrespect for the DSU and I am willing to take a stand on issues that affect us as Engineering Students!
Mechanical President
Bennet Greener
Hey fellow Mechanical Engineering students!
My name is Bennet Greener, and I’m excited to be running for President of the Mechanical Engineering Society.
Over the past year, I’ve served as the VP Finance, where I gained valuable experience managing the society’s budget and learning the administrative work that keeps our organization running smoothly. This role has given me a clear understanding of how the society operates and what it takes to organize successful events.
If elected President, I will use this experience to ensure we have a great year filled with a wide array of engaging events, fun intramural games, and high-quality merchandise that represents our discipline with pride. My goal is to continue building a society that supports mechanical engineering students both academically and socially, and to create opportunities to connect with both classmates and professors.
Thank you for your support!

Industrial President
Patricia Tagliapietra
