These documents are used as the rulebook the society follows, as well as how to operate. We employ these rules in all of our meetings. In our annual AGM, we vote to amend anything that no longer applies or we believe things can be done better. The Constitution contains the responsibilities of each member on DUES.

DUES CONSTITUTION

The Constitution defines the responsibilities of the DUES to you, its members, and provides the mission statement that guides day-to-day DUES operations and decisions. To see what the DUES is all about and what we strive to do for you, take a look!

DUES POLICY MANUAL

The DUES Policy Manual outlines the society's daily operations. Changes require a majority vote at a regular council meeting. Grammar and formatting changes can be made by an executive member with approval. All updates must align with the DUES Constitution, or the Constitution must be amended first.
